Bones. Joints. Ligaments. Tendons. Muscles. Nerves. Through the complex human musculoskeletal system, our bodies are able to do the most amazing things.
We walk. We dance. We play sports. Some of us even run marathons and climb mountains. But whatever we do, our bodies work hard to perform safely and without injury. Unfortunately, sometimes our bodies fail or we don’t properly prepare for our chosen activities. Orthopedics is the medical specialty devoted to the care and maintenance of our musculoskeletal system. Whether old or young, active or inactive, we use our bodies everyday and need our musculoskeletal system to function optimally. Orthopedics focuses on diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, as well as the prevention of injury.
As a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Drillings is qualified and committed to providing high quality, comprehensive care for orthopedic disorders and ailments.
